Maximum Golf 2012

The Maximum Golf winter training and conditioning program is a fantastic way to prepare and improve your swing for the upcoming golf season.  During the twelve hour program you will learn a number of excellent techniques to increase your range of motion using golf specific conditioning exercises and improve your swing motion using tested and proven training drills… all without hitting a single ball!  This unique and effective program was developed by Clayton Robb in 1982, and started in northern Alberta in 1984.   The program has helped ‘thousands’ of satisfied students in its 30 consecutive seasonal offerings.

The Maximum Golf program will increase your range of motion and help you develop a ‘grooved’ swing using biomechanically proven exercises and swing drills.   The skills and techniques you will learn will help you increase you strength, flexibility and endurance.  It will also prepare you for the season by helping you ‘feel’ correct swing patterns and develop a rhythmic and almost ‘instinctive’ swing motion.  The program will be instructed in 1 ½ hour progressive sessions, twice a week, over a four week period, and Canadian PGA instructional staff will be on hand for every session to guide you through the program.
